22nd March 2016, The Maple: Basanto Utsab (Spring Festival) was celebrated in Santiniketan style, with Rabindrasangeet & Dance by more than 300 students of Daakghar, Janhabi and other Dance and Music Schools of Kolkata, with performance by eminent Artistes Manoj Murali Nair, Manisha Nair, Madhuboni Chattopadhyay, Srikanto Acharya, Bratati Bandopadhyay and Jayati Chakraborty. It was followed by Dance Drama ‘Chandalika’ of Kabiguru Rabindranath Tagore. The Chief Guest was eminent Singer Sumitra Sen.
